This beautiful secluded beach Is great for swimming , sunbathing and walking. BUT it is soooo worth it! We found it to be a tad expensive but all the same it is a very nice hotel. All I would advise anybody is to get where they parked correct as there is an upper and a lower car park and there is a good distance inbetween. Many travellers enjoy visiting Sligo Abbey (0.3 km), Tobernalt Holy Well (3.7 km), and The High Cross (6.1 km). The staff are friendly & very helpful throughout out the hotel but particularly at the reception. Family loved it and would do it again. So the next morning (Sunday) at 9 AM we walked over to see it. There are stunning views of Benbulben and of the coastal areas. This hotel is average to good and maybe my judgement is clouded by my experience at check in when i was over charged 22 euro over the booked rate but in fairness when I raised the matter later it was adjusted immediately with genuine apologies .
