Last week I kind of forgot to do this little list. So yeah, Resident Evil Revelations came out. And this week is the sequel. Not much else for the beginning of March, but in a few weeks there is a small bombardment of games releasing. Until then, enjoy this light week.. ~ Don P.

Releases03_RERevelations2Ep2

On a whim, I purchased Ep. 1 of this mini-series yesterday. I’m even more excited to know that Resident Evil Revelations Episode 2 (Xbox One, Xbox 360, PC, Playstation 3, and Playstation 4) is coming out this week as opposed to how long we have to wait for a Telltale Games episode to come out. Episode One has been fun enough to make me dig deeper into the games, as the gameplay is far less action-y like the last console Resident Evil game I played. The story has been entertaining enough to keep me trudging through, but I still have to finish. Revelations 2 is more of a return to form to older Resident Evil games, which is great news to long-time fans of the series. It’s not the best, mind you, but it’s still pretty good. I can’t wait to finish it up and dig into Episode 2.

[one_third]Releases03_ScreamrideRemember Rollercoaster Tycoon? Of course you do! ScreamRide (Xbox One and Xbox 360) is the spiritual successor to that old series. I imagine this being easier on PC, but Microsoft is releasing them on their consoles, so hopefully they did some controller tweaking. [/one_third]

[one_third]Releases03_MvDKI love Mario, but dislike puzzle games that make you think. however, I am always interested in the MvDK games. Mario vs. Donkey Kong: Tipping Stars (3DS and Wii U) is the sixth game in the series. Lemmings, with a Mario skin. Sounds like a design to make money. Oh, plus cross-buy, which is a Nintendo first. Score![/one_third]

[one_third_last]Releases03_OlliOlliOne of my favorite games from last year is reaching new markets. If you missed Olli Olli (3DS, Xbox One, and Wii U) last year, now is a perfect time to kickflip into one of 2014’s funnest arcade style games. Read my review here for more info. Or just go play the game.[/one_third_last]
