Happy Labor Day! Well, for those celebrating. Hopefully, if you had an extended weekend anyways, you got caught up on your backlog because the releases are still coming. Even the Wii U and Vita get retail games this week. I have a lot of games to get to myself, i just needed to pop in and let you know what was coming out this week. Enjoy…~Don P.

Since Blizzard announced that Diablo III (PS3 & Xbox 360) might come to consoles, I’ve eagerly anticipated this day. Sure, it’s been out for a year and half, but there are still quite a few fans who haven’t gotten a taste of Blizzards new crack. I haven’t decided which character I’m going to play as, because none of the names sound familiar to me. What the Hell is a Witch Doctor? Where is my Ranger/Archer? Either way, it’s going to be a truly satisfying moment when I finally get to get my hands on Diablo III and start scavenging for loot.

[one_half]releases03_outlastOutlast (PC) looks like a terrifying experience. There really isn’t any other way for me to put it. I watched the trailer on Steam, and it got my heart beating a little quicker. As someone who mainly watches horror movies and comedies, this game looks like an adventure game I can get behind. In the trailer, the player is looking through what looks like night vision goggles, exploring a creepy building. I won’t go into details and recap it, but I suggest at least looking into it. (Note: Click here for the Steam page to watch the trailer.)[/one_half]

[one_half_last]releases03_raymanlegendsRayman made a huge comeback a few years ago. Not only that, it came from left field. Now, Ubisoft will capitalize on Raymans return with Rayman Legends (PC, Xbox 360, PS3, Vita, and Wii U). The treat here is the colorful worlds in Rayman, coupled with 2D platforming. Additionally, it’s a retail game coming to both the Vita and Wii U, which should excite people who play on either one of those systems.[/one_half_last]

The Total War series is a series that evolves with technology. The early Total War games were epic  and featured strategic battles. As the series grows, the battles look better and even more epic. Every video I have seen of Total War: Rome II (PC)  is simply jaw-dropping. Boats would ride along the water, ramming into the enemy ships, and then board said-ship with swordsmen. But what really strikes my interest is being able to play through the campaign with a partner. What other campaign-centric strategy game can you say the same thing about?
