For the past two weeks, I have had this little commitment to play the latest Resident Evil Revelations 2 episode. I would spend the two hours or less playing the story, and then dump another six or so hours into Raid mode. Last Thursday, I made an impulse buy and signed up for a year of EA Access. Madden 15 and Peggle 2 were the main reasons, but Madden 15 was what I spent the entire weekend playing. Which is also why I came to work an hour and a half early, to put together some resemblance of a release list. That being said, enjoy this week’s list!

When I finally play Battlefield Hard Line (PS4, PS3, Xbox 360, Xbox One, and PC), I hope I enjoy it more than I enjoyed the beta. It wouldn’t be the first time I was miffed by a beta, but enjoyed the end product. Battlefield 3 was the same way, and I ended up playing several hundred hours of that game. But it would have taken a lot of work between the beta and the release for this cops and robbers shooter to really impress me. The shooting itself was my main problem, but I found slight enjoyment driving cars around and having a buddy hanging out the window with guns blazing. Maybe this will be the first Battlefield where I like the campaign more than the multiplayer. That would be a merit itself. The idea of cops and robbers is a neat one, and though I’m sure this is dramatized a lot more than real life,  it has potential to be an interesting campaign.

[one_half]Releases0317_FF0Final Fantasy Type-0 HD (PS4 and Xbox One) is sitting on my top ten Power Rankings, but mostly because of the namesake. It is an action RPG, and an HD rendition of a mobile game released a while back. I’m not sure how I feel about the hefty price tag for a once-mobile game, though. [/one_half]

[one_half_last]Releases0317_REIf you were waiting for the retail version of Resident Evil Revelations 2 (PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, Xbox One, and PC) to come out, this week is your week. If you have been playing it episodically, this week is the conclusion. Either way, Resident Evil fans win.[/one_half_last]

[one_half]Releases0317_CabelaIt has been a long time since I have seen a hunting game came along, but Cabela’s African Adventures (PS4 and Xbox One) is here. This is also the first time a Cabela game has come to a next-gen console, too. [/one_half]

[one_half_last]Releases0317_NavyNavy Commander (3DS) is basically Battleship. I’m okay with that though, and depending on the price, I may snag a few copies for me and my kids because who doesn’t love Battleship?[/one_half_last]
