They arrived in a timely manner when we landed to take us back to the parking lot. When I landed I got pretty lucky with a shuttle already about to leave the airport but I called the office who had the driver turn around and pick me up. We were quickly able to get on the shuttle to the airport which made that process very easy. Picked us up and dropped us off at our spot on the lot. The Parking Spot 2 refunded my prepay parking. Drivers were very courteous. Very easy to find, you park your car, the shuttle picks you up. I called their number to find out who they recommended to call.
