I found the staff to be friendly & helpful. When we arrived the receptionist while was lovely, lacked basic training to know where afternoon tea was even served. There was a small area between the fridge and the wall in the kitchen which could've done with cleaning as I could see a dead spider and some crumbs on the floor.
