It’s the middle of summer, and oh yes, that means it’s time for the Steam Summer Sale. It was hard to drag myself from browsing the store in order to write this, but hey, I managed to do just that. Thankfully, it’s a very light week, so now if you will excuse me I will return to spending more money than I should.~Don P.

ShinMegamiTenseiIV

I like to think I like RPG’s, and in theory, I think I should enjoy the Shin Megami series (and Persona sub-series). However, after my last bout with Persona 4 Golden (hear me rant here the Perfectly Sane Show), I don’t have anything constructive to say about the release of Shin Megami Tensei IV (3DS). But it is a pretty big deal to a LOT of people, so it should be rightfully featured in the top of the release list and not in the foot notes section below. You can now thank me for being honest.

TurboGame

Turbo: Super Stunt Squad (DS, 3DS, PS3, Wii U, and Xbox 360) is a new take on squad-based shooters. Instead of hulking humans, the normal typecast for such games, Turbo features snails that crawl between cover points and shoot at one another. Not really, though that would probably be more interesting than yet another racing game based on a kids movie.
