Welcome to the Critically Sane monthly Power Rankings for April 2016. As always the list is based on a mix of our opinions of what we’ve played this year, as well as conjecture on what we think is going to be awesome in the months to come. The six of us each submit a list of 10 titles which are given a point total in reverse order (so 1st place gets 10 points, while 10th gets one), and then the totals are combined to come up with this monthly list. Last month’s rankings.

10t. The Legend of Zelda Wii U (11 points, no change, 1 first place vote) – It’s Zelda so that means Jeff is excited.

10t. XCOM 2 (11 points, -3 position change) – XCOM 2 is sliding down the ranks.

8t. Horizon Zero Dawn (12 points, -1 position change) – Rumors abound that this might slip, which would be a shame as it could have been the capper on a great year from Sony.

8t. Dark Souls III (12 points, new) – Jeff died a lot but then he cracked the code and loved the hell out of this game.

7. Ratchet & Clank (16 points, -1 position change) – Let’s make some sheep.

6. Tom Clancy’s The Division (17 points, -2 position change, 1 first place vote) – It definitely isn’t replacing Destiny any time soon but it is still a solid open world action game/hybrid MMO thing.

5. Gears of War 4 (18 points, no change, 1 first place vote) – We finally get our first taste of what Gears 4 will be, here’s to hoping it’s fun.

4. Titanfall 2 (19 points, new, 1 first place vote) – You knew the sequel to our 2014 Game of the Year would make this list as soon as it was announced.

3. Deus Ex: Mankind Divided (23 points, -1 position change) – It’s funny to think that Square has two games in our top three.

2. Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End (26 points, no position change, 1 first place vote) – We are really close now.

1. Final Fantasy XV (33 points, no position change, 1 first place vote) – Excitement has remained steady for this one. We are all hoping this turns out great.
